New Realm on WoW?

Does anyone have any idea when Blizzard will be opening a new, 'Normal' realm, or have any idea where I can find out?

Keep an eye on the main page tbh, not a lot else to rely on, other than that and the blues posting on the forums.

The latest is that they're upgrading all the realms to new hardware middle of next month to try and sort out all the performance issues they've got at the moment. Part of that they'll release some new realms, certainly PvE and maybe PvP as well I would have thought.
