New rig advice needed

Hey guys, i'm planning on buying the following kit in a month or so, and i'm just posting to see if any of you would change anything to make it better at roughly the same price?

All looks good, except for the cooler. That zalman is rather expensive and does not cool as well as the competition (plus it is louder). Something like this would be a better bet.

As for the graphics, that gainward card is very nice. However, this card is cheaper, has very similar performance and a second card can be added in the future in crossfire (may want a 650W PSU for multi-GPU).

Both the chip and mobo are very nice.
