Hi, I'm building a new rig for my son, and have an idea in mind for the parts, could u let me know if you have any suggestions that would be better parts, thanks

i5 2500k
8gb corsair vengeance
750w corsair psu (tx v2)
C/m case with window
Corsair H60
Nvidia 560ti
Asus sabretooth p67
WD 1tb hdd
 
is it just the tower unit needed, and do you need an o/s ?

have a look at the ivybridge 3570K processor and z77 motherboards.

if you stick with the 2500K go with either a z68 or preferably z77 motherboard.

nice spec from stinger.

i'd swap the psu to the OCZ ZS Series 550W '80 Plus Bronze'.

also, if theres no particular reason for the cpu watercooler have a look at the Alpenföhn K2 Mount Doom.

CM Storm Enforcer Gaming Case might be worth a look as well.
