My New Rig

After waiting 4 months for my bloomin No competitor talk please! pc i finally canceled and saved myself a load of dosh and got a better
machine, well i hope its better.
If you want something doing right do it your bloody self. (I ordered an X Brand PC)

Do u think it will run My word processor and maybe minesweeper? :rolleyes:

£3,239,26 and it was a ******* hell of a lot cheeper than the alienware.
thing is i fooked up lol my raid isnt working proper so i need to bloody fomat arghhhhhhhhh, but im gonna do that next weekend.

And yeah chaos the case is very good its a bit of a tight fit, and its suprisingly quiet considdering the size of the fans if ** not going to overclock and get liquid cooling id defo recomend it

So far ive tried, Prey, Oblivion, Medieval 2 Total War, Battlefield 2142, and Company of Heroes All on maximum Detail 1920x1200 8xaa 16xaf etc etc
and it hasent so much as even looked like it was going to slow down everything is ultra smooth, i dont have a registered version of the benchmarks so i cant change it of 1024x768

.
I have one slight sound problem though with company of hereos and when games do cut sceens its like a scratchy noise in the background but when in the game the sound is fine any ideas?

Chaos im currently running GeIL 1GB (2x512MB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit Price: £81.99 (£96.34 Including VAT at 17.5%) As the Dominator Ram was out of stock till next week

but i couldnt wait till then so i bought the Geil to put me on. Dunno if its good ram for the price if thats more the price range your looking at. If it is let me know ill maybe sell u this on when my Dominator arrives

Erm Half-life 2 wont play its all artifactiy crazy lines like an overheating problem temp is 64 on the cards could they have gone faulty? all i have done is disable sli so i could play without distorted sound but decided 1 card wasnt good enough at high res so i reneabled sli restarted me puter and its still exaclty the same it wont even entertain medieval2 total war it turned to a low framerate fest even 05 benchmark etc can anyone help?

i totally removed the hardware via device manager, and add/remove progs, so it would detect the cards again and reinstalled the factory drivers, also reinstalled the mobo drivers and everything is fine still only running on one card to avoid the sound issues but its very sweet even on the one card
