Can 32-bit windows not address 4gb of ram? 32bit architecture is limited to 4gb of memory?

As said for the 4Gb. Yes 32bit can use it but when addressing all the other devices it is only 3 1/2.

Nice rig but id have been tempted to go for either the 640Mb GTS or 8800GT as only having 320mb video mem may be a hinderance with a 24 inch screen
