Been out of the game for a while, sold my last pc to fund a macbook pro which i currently have but i am looking to get a new rig. Now as i have not much interest in hardware recently i have lost touch with were it's upto in terms of the lastest tech.
I am basically looking to build a rig from scratch, i need everything except a mouse and keyboard and my budget is around £1250.
So far i have the following on my list:
1) Akasa Omega Case (Used to have a mirage it was great!)
2) Intel Core 2 Quad low wattage one.
3) BFG GeForce 260 GTX OCX MAXCORE
Now i need a board, memory, psu, 2 decent hdd's so i can raid them, optical drives and finally a monitor.

BTW i don't need an OS as i already have a copy of vista.
