Hi there,

The PSU is a bit excessive, you won't need more than 750W to power any of today's computers, have a look at this article:
http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/coolers/display/system-wattage.html

Also, if you're at school/uni you can get Windows much, much cheaper through Microsoft's own student program.

EDIT-P.S.
Although, having said that, if you're going to be Crossfiring 5870's and overclocking then yes you may very well need that 1kW power supply. Just think of it though: that's enough electricity to power your kettle :)

thank you for reading :)

indeed i was planning on getting a 650 or 750 mod psu but then i thought might aswell pay the extra then i don't need to buy another 1 in 4/6 months

you can never be to cool :) i want it to be sub zero

my last rig i build went Kaboom because it was 2 hot :( cpu mobo and ram and psu all fried
so i don't want to take any chances

I'd probably get a different SSD, either Intel or OCZ. I don't really think the memory fan is necessary - it'll just make more noise.

The Rampage won't really have any affect on airflow, if you're not getting a combo deal maybe consider the Gigabyte UD5 or the Asus P6TD Deluxe. It does fit in that case (there is a video on youtube of someone trying), but I seem to remember it was pretty tight - I think they had to do some cabling beforehand? I'll see if I can find it.

That case is like a fridge! LOL.

two front mount 120mm, one rear 120mm, and the big boy fan at the top, all controlled by a fan controller built into the rear.

No problem, I'm afraid I couldn't find the video but from memory I think they had to install the 24pin cable before screwing in the motherboard. You might want to bear this in mind if you're doing decent cable management.

I've got similar hardware, you'll love it! :D
