Hello I'm posting in behalf of a friend who stays in Sweden.

What he is looking for is new rig just the case and components inside no
Monitor etc, he is looking to go intel and the computer will be used mostly for gaming. Also when recommending components will the company post to Sweden? His budget is 400-500 Great British pounds. Which converts to 5000 Swedish Krona approximately.

Help would be very much appreciated he has posted on the Swedish version of pc gamer to no receive absolutely no help at all I know you guys won't let me down as you guys done more than enough to help me When I was upgrading.

Hope everyone is well.

Thanks again Brian

An Intel rig with a half decent video card (Radeon HD7850) 500 isn't really doable your going to need to spend at least 600. The cheapest Intel Haswell quad core is £150, motherboard is another 90 and 50 for 8gb of ram. Then you have a case, PSU and storage on top which is anther £170-£180 (assuming your friend wants fairly decent gear and not cheap rubbish) you budget is nearly all gone before you get the GPU.

I would look at building an AMD APU system for that sort of change, for gaming he really isn't going to notice the difference in performance between an Intel and AMD rig as games are typically bound by the performance of the video card.
