New Rig Problem

Hi all, I'm pretty new in here but I've been reading the posts for a long time. I'm having a pretty buffling problem... The problem is that I brought a 965P-DS3P v2 motherboard with a E4300 C2D processor and an Arctiv Freezer 7 Pro and I've got it all together and it would boot and all but the CPU fan spins once and stops. I've tried to use the fan that comes with the processor but the same thing happen. Can anyone tell me what do I have to do to fix this problem?

It's normal for it to do that, it only turns on the fan when it's needed, I believe you can override it in the BIOS if you want.
