New rig wont power up, help needed!

Just finished replacing my mobo, Ram and cpu, and the new rig wont work.

Got a E4500 2.2ghz processor,
2x1gb of OCZ DDR2 ram,
and an Abit IP35 pro

this i added to my
nvidia 8800 gt,
3 HDD drives,
a creative x-fi fatality soundcard and
a corsair hx520 psu.

The rig will not power up and i am pretty certain everything is plugged in correctly.

The fans blink for a split second but will not power up.

The display on the mobo say 0.1. before i press the power button and 8.2. after i press it.

Anyone got any ideas??
I know all my older stuff was functional so im guessing the problem resides with the new stuff i have picked up or some osrt of compatibility issue.

Read the manual and find out what 8.2 refers to?

Enable ATX power supply (shd hav pt that in there)

in this older thread the guy has almost exactly the sxame rig as me with almost exactly the same problem.... accept i have plugged my GFX card in correctly

double check the 24 pin atx connector.....and do you have the extra power connector plugged in too ? (the IP35 may not have one though)

It does have an extra power connector, southwest of the cpu socket

Make sure you have the cable plugged in for the 4/8pins northwest of the cpu socket!
