Just change the CPU for E8400, and CPU cooler for something less expensive, Stock cooler is good enough, that depending on you plans for overclocking.
Go for DDR 800Mhz
P5Q is good is well.

Hi,

What is the PC going to be used for?

You seem to have a weird collection of high end components and cheaper parts. You don't need the P45 pro board, the only benefit with this over a P43 is the crossfire option. Also that CPU cooler is way too expensive, plus to make it work properly you'd need to add a fan. Do you actually plan on overclocking the CPU anyway, as the stock fan that comes with the CPU will be more than enough for this, or even a slight overclock.

The ram you've shown is too much, you only need 8500 ram if your planning on a rather large overclock. You can get 4gb of OCZ ram for the same price.

With the hard drive, you can get a 320gb samsung F1 for a little bit more.

I've managed to increase the size of monitor, include a better graphics card, 4gb of ram and a larger, faster hard drive for about £3 more.

You won't need anymore than a 400W PSU, the graphics card shown doesn't require any additional power from the PSU. The new wolfdale CPU's draw very low power, even when overclocked.

The above is a good setup, even for an entry level gaming system.
