new rig

hopefully you guys can help but im looking to build a new rig for Streaming (twitch etc) and also video capture but rather than a full desktop rig im wondering if it would be possible to get good performance for streaming from a mini atx/Shuttle build

budget is gonna be £450 roughly ive got a rig atm that i wanna keep as my main

I built one for around £250, But had no capture card
Use it for XBMC, some basic games and music in the living room
Its fine for streaming 1080p around the house, Over CAT5e
