New router for FTTC

Hi,

Bt engineer has just been round however my isp hasn't sent me a router neither is my one compatible, so I'm internetless!

Are any of these routers compatible with FTTC ? much appreciated

got it all working up now. They didn't send us anything, and told us that they could send us "something" however it would take a week, so I just bought one instead.

Just a side note, is there a reasoning as to why I had speeds of 36Mb/s earlier and then they gradually decreased and it is now as little as 2Mb/s...

we've been with them since they were part of time computers so we've never considered moving isp

Are you within the cooling off period? as I would be looking for a new isp tbh.

Well we was only 2 months into an 18 month contract when we upgraded to this package, so I'm not sure where it goes from there. We initially upgraded back in June but after multiple openreach apparent "engineer visits" - which were not made, it has ended up being now when it got finally installed.

I've noticed my speed has gotten slower again this evening, yet again. Currently at 9.50Mb/s
