new router help tp w8970

I bought this new router hoping to replace my technicolor router i got with BE but I am having loads of problems setting it up.

I just can't connect to the internet it seems to connect but if I do the internet surfing test it fails on dhcp , I followed the on screen setups and it had a option for 02/BE when you chose your region. I haven't got a clue about networking and routers :/

Looks like it's connected fine to me. Are you sure it isn't more an issue between your PC and the router?

*EDIT*

Just seen the bit at the bottom. Looks like it's connected to the ADSL ok but not getting DHCP info. Are you sure the ISP username and password is correctly entered?
