New router...

My friend has 30mb in his flat and has the superhub in one room, but then a laptop in the other. He uses the internet mainly for entertaiment and to watch TV. The budget isn't high, but he doesn't game and the main PC is connected by cable.

This will delivery the internet into the living room for the laptop, the laptop is used to browse the net and to watch TV in HD.

It's the Virgin Media 30MB, any reason why Asus and not TP-Link? He doesn't really care what it looks like, as long as he gets the best performance.

as I pointed in the thread, shame about lack of Gigabit on 12E, otherwise it's great kit for the price.
