New routine

Any chance anyone could help me with a new routine my current one is the stronglifts 5x5 but i feel after 7 months its in need of a change.


Mon

Squats
overhead press
deadlifts
chins

Weds

Squats
bench
Inverted rows
push ups
crunches

Fri
Same as mon etc, I've only ever done stronglifts 5x5 so any help changing it would be great. Thanks.
