New Ryzen Build which memory is best out of these two

I am in the process of planning my new build around the following:

MSI MAG X570 TOMAHAWK WIFI AMD Motherboard
Ryzen 5 5600X cpu
NH-D14 Air Cooler from my old system

I have been looking at lower profile memory to go under the cooler with ease and have come up with
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO SL 32GB (2x 16GB) 3600MHz DDR4, CL18 or
Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO SL 32GB (2x 16GB) 3200MHz DDR4, CL 16

Which is better, the model with the higher Mhz or lower CL number or will there be no difference in gaming

As above, there will be virtually no difference, one is 2 clock cycles slower but can transfer more data in that time. 3600mhz is kinda considered the sweet spot for these ryzen chips though.
 
18/3600x2000 gives you a latency of 10 whereas 16/3200x2000 also gives a latency of 10 so in that respect they are identical, I'd still go for the 3600/18 as it will provide slightly more bandwidth.
