new Samsung screen - Auto dims when web page loads?

Hi all,

I just plugged up a new 20" Samsung 2033SW monitor... and I noticed then when I go to certain websites - The whole screen dims for a second or so... whilst the page loads...

..is this some sort of feature?? lol

sounds like dynamic constrat ratio. or it also could be light surroding dection

be as your monitor is not a proffesional monitor it would be dynamic constrat ratio,

does your samsung have modes like Game,internet etc? try setting it to internet.

if its on Game i found with my old one it turned dynamic constrat ratio on.
