New screen help

hey all I've just got myself a new pc and was wondering what the best monitor i could get for RTX 4090 at the moment I have a predator x34 i was looking at the Alienware AW3423DW, Samsung 49" Odyssey Neo G9 or any others you can recommend any help would be great

What's the usage, use environment etc?

If you have desk space for that big monitors, 42" OLED would be one option.
Assuming you're not heavy on work usage with static content. (especially if room has brighter illumination)

I use it for gaming and watching videos and a little bit of streaming and I play in the dark most of the time

That sounds about the most favourable use and in the best environment for OLED.
Not much static content and not needing to compete against bright room illumination means brightness doesn't have to be kept so high.
Hence you can easily maximise the life time from limited endurance.

And no LCD can compete against self emissive pixels OLED in dark.
While response times shred the fastest LCD to pieces and pee on its grave.

There are multiple 42" 4K OLED TVs, and at least one monitor use aimed Asus now.
