New server + 2012 Foundation

I've been looking into getting a HP MicroServer along with the HP Microsoft Windows Server 2012 Foundation ROK (oem). I'm guessing they're compatible, but just wanted to make sure if anyone can confirm?

I use 2012 Standard, so can confirm that works. See no reason Foundation wouldn't work.
