New setup - advice needed

I will be using it for 3D Cad and high end gaming.

I already have operating system, mouse, keyboard and il be using is a 32" LCD TV.

I am on a budget of around £650

This is what i have so far:

Am i missing anything?
Is it good enough for CAD rendering work and will it run well on the 32".

This will be my first build so any advice would help!

what res is the 32" TV.

physical size means nothing.

you're going to have to change that motherboard!

you could get away with a 4870 512MB or even a 4850 512 MB at that res, depending on how long you plan to keep that graphics card for

Never overclocked before but in due time i hope i will be!

Im planning to keep the Graphics for a while, don't think il'd want to upgade til a couple of yrs

What you've picked out looks ideal then. only thing you'll want to add is a good cpu cooler for when you overclock.
