im going to be upgrading to a i7 chip, new hard drives,memory.monitor etc as you can see below, my question is have i choose wisely or would you recomend i change some things, i will be using it for gaming mostly

RAM seems a bit expensive (my 6GB of OCZ 1600MHz RAM was £85 I think) but otherwise fine.

U could save a fair bit of money by getting a smaller case, do u really need something as big as the 1200?

I would swap the monitor u have for a full HD 22" or 24" and the AS5 for MX-2.

Also, wouldnt a key component of a gaming rig be a gfx card?

I wouldnt get an Antec 1200, I would go for Lian Li for that kinda money.

I dont know the lian case I got the Antec and all I can say that there is a lot of space and good cable management.Is never a struggle to do anything
