New Setup - Feedback Please

Hey,
So my computer just sort of packed up. It's old now anyway and I was looking to upgrade.Just want some feedback really as to how well the components i have chosen will run etc and any problems I might come across with them.

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000+ 3.00GHz (Socket AM2) - OEM

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-M57SLI-S4 nForce 570 SLi (Socket AM2) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard

Memory: GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC)

GFX: OcUK GeForce 8500 GT 512MB DDR2 HDTV/DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail

All the other parts I already have like hard drive etc.

The total cost of the above parts is £222 with VAT

It's more for graphics work with the odd bit of gaming here or there, mainly CS:S and WoW and BF2.

Well I need to keep the total cost as close to £200 as I can. Otherwise my parents will make me pay for parts of it xP

And that spec would give me reasonable gaming graphics and good run speeds?
