Hi all!
I've just put together a new system today, but i fear i may have failed
Basically when i hit the power button, all the fans and HDD (slowly?) spin but there is no post beep! The Primary drive makes a quiet clicking.
I've tried resetting the CMOS, swapping out the RAM one at a time, unplugging each HDD, but it's not made a difference.
When i take out the graphics card, everything seems more normal, i.e. it makes all the right sounds (as my old one used to) but there is no post beep. Obviously as i have no graphics card in, i can't see if anything is happening.
I'm not sure if this is relevant, but whenever i try it without the GPU in the system switches off straight away when i hit the off button, where as if it's in i have to hold down the button for it to turn off.
Can anyone give me some advice/solutions?
