Bought a new setup from ocuk recently, it's all been built up but im getting no posts when i boot up, and also what sounds like 1 long beep and 2 short beeps that ive been informed is a vga problem, was wondering if anyone could point any possilble solutions out as to why its not working as to me it should fire up no problem, setup is as follows.

fatality fp-in9 mobo
geil 2x 1g 800mhz mem
ati x1900xt
2 x WD 160gig Hd's in raid (or atleast will be)
