Firstly nice selections for PSU and GPU. I have both those, except my PSU is the 550W version of the Trio. Secondly I would suggest this instead of that bundle (You can overclock the CPU with the matched board, memory and CPU cooler past 3GHz easily) :

Gigabyte GA_965P_DS3 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard £69.99
(£82.24)
Noctua NH-U12F (Socket LGA775/754/939/940/AM2) Heatsink £30.99
(£36.41)
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit (GX22GB6400UDC)
(£117.49)
Intel Core 2 DUO E6300 "LGA775 Allendale" 1.86GHz (1066FSB) - Retail £101.99
(£119.84)

Sub Total : £302.96

(This can be changed during checkout) Shipping : £8.25
Vat : £54.46
Total : £365.67

Change the mobo to a 965P-DS3 and RAM to a Geil 2Gb PC6400C4 kit.

If you want it even cheaper go for 965P-S3 or even the 945PL-S3 which can be had for £40 in the clearance section.

Akasa Zen - 200 x 450 x 500 (WxHxD mm)
Antec 900 - 206 x 468 x 493 (WxHxD mm)

Fits in my Akasa Zen no problems so it should fit in the Antec Nine Hundred perfectly :)
