I'm looking to switch from my regular ATX to a micro-ATX SFF case.

The components I'll be bringing over are:

Intel Q9450
Powercolor 4890 1GB
4GB Kingston HyperX PC8500 DDR2 (2*2GB)
Samsung Spinpoint F1 1TB SATA-II
X-FI XtremeMusic PCI
OCZ Modstream 520w PSU

I want this to be as mobile as possible so it's easy to bring back home from uni and to LANs etc. The motherboard has to be an all right overclocker as I want to be able to run the CPU at about 3.6GHz.

I've done a bit of research and have come up with these two motherboards:

http://www.google.co.uk/products/catalog?q=Asus+P5Q-EM&cid=16976443173276078147&sa=title#p

and

http://www.google.co.uk/products/catalog?q=asus+P5E-VM&cid=286596630031898263&sa=title#p

I'm open to other suggestions though.

Regarding the case I'm really at a loss as to what to go for so can someone suggest one that'll be small and keep everything relatively cool inside.

Cheers

Personally i'd go for the Asus P5Q-EM rather than the VM version, for a tiny bit more you get the ICH10R instead of the ICH10 which adds raid support.

these boards both have the asus overclocking utility which i find very easy to use, howerver i never managed to get my Q9450 running above 3.4Ghz on any board, although im not a great overclocker and need to spend more time trying.

as for the case, something like the Lian Li PC-V351B or the Silverstone Sugo SG01B-F Evolution maybe?
