Option 1 - The mini-ITX

Silverstone Sugo SG05BB-450
Zotac Z68ITX-A-E
Intel CPU Core i5 2500K
Corsair Memory Vengeance LP Blue 8GB
-----**MSI GTX 460 Cyclone currently got **-----

Option 2 - The micro-ATX

Asus Maximus IV GENE-Z
Intel CPU Core i5 2500K
Corsair Memory Vengeance LP Blue 8GB
ATI 6870 2GB (make / model unkown right now)

goes into Lian Li V350 w/ Corsair HX 650W PSU.

Around £30 between the two options.

This thread will obviously be irrelevant if I win tonight. But always got to plan these things.

I would go Mini Itx so you can let me know how good the motherboard is! So i can decide if i want to get it

The Micro-ATX will give you more future expansion because of the amount of slots etc however.

2GB 6870? at what price?why go for the 6870 when you already have the GTX460?

Because my GTX460 Cyclone doesn't fit inside my V350 because of the stupid heat pipes.

just did a quick search for the 2GB 6870, and it comes close to the GTX560Ti price, if you could find one that fits in your case, i would go for the gtx560ti.

Micro-ATX all the way... just moved from a MITX gaming rig and the micro-atx give so much more expansion and overclocking potential but is still small and portable....
