Hi there

So its no secret new stuff is incoming, though I cannot discuss these or there existence, I want to give a guide as to the best ordering process as in what payment method to use, shipping method etc to guarantee the highest position in queue and us receiving your order in the quickest possible time from the payment processor.

As such anyone wishing to buy / pre-order new hottest in high demand items should use this process:

- Checkout using OcUK and pay ONLY via a debit or credit card within the OcUK checkout
- If you pay using Amazon or Paypal this will delay your order, as they take longer to process and then send us the order, even if it was just two minutes that could slip you down the queue considerably, in the case of the 3080 launch Amazon never processed some orders and it took them 48hr to notify customers. As such AVOID using Amazon or Paypal.
- Avoid finance at all cost, it can delay things considerably and thus impacting queue position negatively.
- Select DPD Next Day, in theory selecting Saturday DPD or Royal Mail should not cause any problems, for ease DPD next day is the most common option.

Good luck and to summarise pay with a debit/credit card within OcUK checkout and select DPD next day, this is the fastest way of getting the order to ourselves and getting you higher in the queue. :)

Chaos it will be, hopefully 1 per postcode just to make sure that I might actually be able to get my hands on one.
I love Chaos. I have been bored since they actually shipped my 9800x3d and I got it a few weeks ago. It can't be as bad as the amazon poopstorm on the 4090 release. Managed to get through to actually pre ordered used my amazon pay link or whatever and OCUK never got my order. Turned out this happened to a few folks as well as myself.

I'm in the market for a 5080 but I'm not going to buy blind, this seems painfully pre-emptive.

Don't worry. OCUK official reseller @lt.matt has all of our needs covered. Lulz (btw him being an offical reseller is a joke but he does buy a heck of a lot of 4090's last time)

Yeah, why post this now Gibbo, you going on holiday now and returning on launch date? :D

To give people plenty of warning so I don't see forum members posting but I ordered at 14:00.0001s but I am position 800 in the queue why why why.........ah because you used paypal/amazon checkout or even worse finance.

So plenty of heads up for what comes in the future near and far if your impatient and what to get it as soon as possible checkout via OcUK paying with debit/credit card and select DPD next day delivery, that is how we get the order fastest.

Useful knowledge for all future high demand CPU and GPU launches.

P.S. And yes this is my last week, back January 6th. :D
