New Skylake build issues

Machine gets to BIOS ok, but am unable to install an operating system.

Tried different ram slots, removing gpu, updated BIOS to latest version.

Tried another hard drive.

Always BSOD's on unpacking windows files, cannot run Ubuntu live CD either.

Manged to boot UBCD and run memtest, all ok and cpu stayed at under 50 degrees.

Any ideas ?

What's the full spec of your system?
What brings you to the conclusion you cannot install an OS? You getting an error?

what does the BSOD say? what OS are you trying to install?

try a USB stick version of the OS and give that a try

If it's all new kit I'd try updating BIOS.

It's been said that on 24th september will be the ubuntu 15.10 wily beta2. I guess it should be available from here:

http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-gnome/releases/wily/

So that would make sense to try. As there shouldn't be any issues with the kernel supporting Skylake.
