New skyrim bug

Assuming new as no googling has mentioned it. My PS3 skyrim new game has a bug where any of the blessings i get, eg talos etc from the temples ends up being permanent. The time it says when it will run out gets stuck on three hours, great bug, however, wondering if anyone else has had it.

I've never seen this bug but try making a new save game file, quitting, then load up again and rest/sleep for a few days.
