New small home office pc

Can anybody give their thoughts on the system below.

Main criteria are as follows
1, small form factor
2, About £500 (messed that up already)
3, Easy to clean - They are smokers and I need to be able to remove tar and gunk on a regular basis - don't want heat sinks that are small and easily clogged up
4, faster than the asus revo R3610 she currently has
5, doesn't need the 8.1pro version but I had clicked the link for another project and forgot to remove it

If it's just small home/office wouldn't AMD do? That would knock some money off, H105 is also way overkill on an i3 IMO, likewise a Z97 board.
