New Small Media Build

Friend is looking a small budget build to plug into his TV for browsing and watching movies. He will probably install Linux so no O/S required.

Dont need a dedicated gpu for that spec this processor has intergrated apu which will be better than the gt 210

I think you could leave it on permanently.

It has enough power to play 1080p video.
