New Smartphone... Should I Wait For Samsung S3?

Hey, I'm looking for a new phone to replace my Desire HD as my contract is almost up, any recommendations? I'm torn between getting one of the following

1) Galaxy Note
2) Galaxy S3
3) HTC One X

I'd go for the One x but might be better asking in the mobile phones forums

All 3 are great - what's you main uses... the One X is limited to 26GB usable storge - the other 2 have sd slots. Other than than that it come down to the nitty gritty etc.

mainly the internet and listening to music which is why I kinda leaning towards the note. i also take a lot of notes with my desire hd atm so think that could be my best option?

If you done mind the size - The Note will be a great choice. My missus has one. Superb screen.
