Most probably, companies will probably sell them, dont see why not.
I would imagine that the likes of Intels 1155 and AMD's AM3+ will use similar mounting as 1156/AM3 does now so existing coolers should fit without a new bracket. Intels high end 2011 could be much bigger and will need a bracket. Most manufacturers should be quick off the mark with replacement brackets.

It would be pretty stupid to change the cooler design. At the moment cooler brackets come with 3 holes, the ones closest to the centre are for 775, the middle ones are for 1366 and the ones furthest apart are for 1366. Unless the new chips are considerably bigger than 1366 or considerably smaller than 775, there's no reason to design a new mounting.
