Was looking at the X-Fi but people recommended this card instead, says it uses same sort of components and then some.

What do people make of it here? Seems like a very good card!
Now the tough bit, at the minute I own speedlink medusa's and although good headset I am not to keen on it. So im looking for suggestions, good 5.1 so I can hear everyone coming!
