I decided to go and buy a new sound card seeing as the Creative X-Fi ones are useless (good waste of money there) and was looking at the terratec ones.

Why are they all in clearance? Are new Terratec cards due out soon?
 
That's my opinion, neverending problems on my x fi and same for thousands of others but let's not change the subject :P.

I listen to a lot of music and also want to record and create, was just wondering if Terratec was bringing out new cards because of the being in clearance thing.

I don't know of any other makes really, I tried realtek but wasn't too impressed with it, that may be because it was onboard though.
 
I had a look at the M-Audio range but they don't have what I need, I would need to buy two of them and then also a card to playback through optical.

So I'm going to go with Terratec but does anybody know why Terratec is in clearance?
