New sound card

Mainly for gaming with the odd tv show/movie

Was thinking of
Creative Sound Blaster Z High Performance Gaming Sound Card

But open to external one's as well, thoughts?

Gaming and voice comms I have Siberia 800 headset

That's wireless from what I can gather, which usually means USB connection to the transmitter.

If that's correct, then there's no point in buying a sound card. Audio devices connected via USB have their own sound processing electronics and won't make use of any sound card.
