new sound system

Hi all im after a new sound system for the pc but i dont want to buy a 5.1 surround sound set but a seperate amp sub and front speakers. What do you recommend?

Type of music you'll be listening to?
Size/shape of room (ie is it a quite live room)?

up to around £200 it will be mostly for games but any type of music really. Its a large room

Try looking for something like an audiolab 8000a or a sonic T and then pair it with Tannoy M1's or Mission 70's
