new soundcard needed, for vista
hey
since m-audio STILL dont have drivers out for vista for the audiophile 2496 im in the market for a new card.
this will be for games and mp3s, i use 2 alesis m1 active mk2 sterio monitors for speakers, so it needs to be able to properly support just sterio speakers not only 5.1/7.1 systems (my onboard thing only really accepts surround sound setups
)
budget is anything up to 80 quid i guess, but if it can do the job for less thats a win
