Okay so basically, 5 minutes ago my friend called me up on my mobile while i was downstairs helping my grandad lay some new flooring down and he said to me very briefly that his dad just won £5k off a scratch card (Lucky @1#%!) and gave about half of it to him. Now he is saying that he wants to spend somewhere about £800-1200 on a new system which will last him a long time so he wont be needing to upgrade etc. and the rest of the money is going towards car and insurance XD. Presuming he doesn't want to blow all of the money onto a PC so could you guys spec me some builds? (He plays quite some demanding games such as RUSE, Black ops, Starcraft 2, Sometimes a bit of flight simulator x, stuff like that.)
I would spec a build myself but seeing as I've only been into PC hardware deeply for about 3-4 years I'm not still fully experienced with everything even considering the fact I've built my own PC there is still a lot I don't know
