New Speed + ISP + Email Help

I am/was on Eclipse Flext500 which in theory is 512kb unlimited (no FUP/Limits) connection but it sucks. Also the email server goes down 3 times a week!

Also heres a problem I've been moved onto a LLU and am connected @ 1319 / 572kb so this means im on a 1mb connection now or am I on max and its connected more than 1mb?

So I would like a new ISP, I would like no FUP/Trottling but instead just a cap of atleast 8gb cheap is good but would prefer quality!

Also I would now like to have a seperate email address as in my own website type thing so if i change ISP again then I keep email same, would like the running and storage for it and say a little webpage space (50-100mb) price not too important but less is good.

Also will I have a problem from migrating LLU > Normal/Other LLU?

Rebooted 6 times and connects between 1267 and 1319

Did see Zen just seems a lot of money and looking around there seems to be problems with some peoples pings..

And yup my line sucks

Also any sugestions on hosting? Zen seems really expensive for it

Right also seen;

AOL - They were okay when I used to be there unlimited and good pings and also 1 month contract for migrations

UKOnline - £10 a month ?!!!

One last question what is the connection seed for a 1mb connection?
