not sure if this is the right place, I ll leave that up to the dons to take action on that.

anyways as per title, I m looking for a steering whell for no more than say £100 and one that is not going to be EOL soon :p or I would have got the G25 by now.

I want a well built one with a gear shift none of these fappy paddle things, also with a handbrake. it need to be well built and have force feed back, etc

and with about 630 degrees turning ( over 500 basicly)

I had my eyes on a few logitechs and thrust masters (no you dirty lot :p )

You'll be lucky to get all of those specs on that budget, so you will need to compromise on something.

The G25 is still a great wheel even if it is EOL and is probably your best bet, it fits all the specs apart from the handbrake, you can always use the paddles as extra buttons and stick with the gear shifter.

If I can grab a G25 that is, just would like one with a gear shifter and quite a good lock, seen a few of them maybe more I gotta keep looking

atm I ve seen thrust-master clutch edition,
logitech driving force - like that one a lot.

than you got your trusty G25 :p ( if I can find one :( )

also, on the once with clutch does it actually do anything?

I'd also recommend the G25, still best of the bunch. Have a look in the Memember Market or put in a wanted in the members market if your happy to go second hand.

I use a G25 and love the H pattern gearbox that comes with it (I use that much more than the flappy paddles, especially in games like iRacing). Though the downside is that there is no handbrake for your specs, but like the previous poster you can always configure one of the multiple buttons on the G25 to use as a handbrake.

Also the pedals accelorator, brake and clutch are really good quality on the G25.

I've got my one mounted on a fanatec wheel mount, really helps to keep everything in place, though it does cost quite a bit for it.

If you don't get a G25, I think you will stuggle to find a comparable wheel with the specs you need in your price range.

Taff

I heard good things about the G25 so +1 for that but If that ant what your after then goole is prob your best friend with reviews etc.

okay, so a bit of research on my front, making me forget about the thrust master

So like I said in OP if I can find a new G25 ill get it before someone else gets thier mits on it

is the driving force pro anygood, I had it up on a compare with the G25 and mechincly are the same, apart from the gear shifter and clutch pedal which i m not too fused about as its not used

I didn't realise G25's were so rare these days, like you say, nowhere seems to have them in stock and the price of the G27 in comparison is ridiculous.

cant fault the g25 does what it says on the box,and if you use sims like rfactor or iracing then the clutch comes into play theres other sims like gtr ect that use the clutch, loving mine to bits and wont change for anything else.good luck in finding one tho.
