Case central has a new sticky, replaced the old modding/buying guide one with a new revamped pure modding sticky.

Now it has a fair bit of content, and I will add in mod projects from the forum as and when I see them, but anything else you would like to see?

Actually, Baddass made the mess a few months ago, I cleaned it up.

Got round to removing all traces of that incident, hence the new sticky! :p

Patently not true, where on earth did you get this idea from? Currently interface has virtually nothing to do with speed or noise. Some of the very fastest, noisiest drives are on SATA, but by no means are IDE drives quieter in general.

And the correct word is Resonance, no such word as Resonation. Apart from those, lots of good info.

Thanks for that, reason why I posted this thread was to get feedback on it.

Want to give me a hand to re-vamp that section, it was written when the only mainstream SATA drives were raptors, did not cross my mind to check it when I made the new sticky! :o

What do you suggest it gets re-worded to?

Ooops, sorry about the name, got the right profile. :p

Just got the resonance bit aswell, thanks for spotting that.
