Hi guys, really don't know what to do about this. Basically I built my first computer recently, fiddled with a bit of overclocking but set it back to default recently. Everything was fine. I got a new SSD, formatted my old drive and installed windows 7 on the ssd and reinstalled all my programs and transferred across my music. Today, I went out and bought a second monitor, set that up and it seemed ok, and I noticed that I needed to shutdown to install new updates, so I did so and when I started it back up the old green windows loading bar appeared then nothing happened for about 20 mins so I reset it, now the bios screen is all pixelated and unreadable (fizzly and scrambled) and then it gives me the options to go into startup repair or start windows normally. Starting windows normally either provides me with a black screen for agggges (waited about half hour and nothing happens so I reset) or a blue screen (only happened once). When I run repair it says it can do nothing, so I restart and am presented with the same options again! When I went into advanced recovery options at the end of startup repair, a system restore did nothing and when I ran memory diagnostics it says there is a hardware issue and to contact my computer manufacturer. Any ideas of whats going on or how to proceed? im dying without a real computer!! Please any help will be greatly appreciated and ask if you have any more info needed :) cheers

yes the post screen is pixelated and messed up, and when I hit delete to go into bios it is all unreadable, as soon as the windows loading bar appears and when im in windows startup repair, display is back to normal :/ thnx

still keep restarting it and no luck at all, can't even attempt to reinstall windows as I can't read what's on the screen at all so can't change the boot sequence :/ really struggling here!

ok so I got the computer to start today, I took out my 1st graphics card. I'm running 2x gtx 275 from xfx, and since I got the computer the gfx cards have always been the biggest issue. I'm now into windows with the first card taken out completely, so now I need to know if I need to try and RMA the first card? My computer won't start with it in, and when I installed DOW 2, it would crash when I tried to play it in 3d, then at one point during the windows indexing rating system, it would always crash during graphics testing, and now when I put it in I can't even start the system :S am I missing something or being a nub? or should I just get it replaced? Thanks!!

If your PC is now working OK with the second graphics card then that tells me that the graphics card you removed was faulty. You need to get it replaced.

Ok bad update, was working fine on the second gfx card so I sent an Rma request to OCUK, but then I was doing a benchmark test on my new ssd, and the system froze and reset and the bios was pixelated again (could this mean it's my ssd? The
problems seem to of started after I got that!?)!! Not as badly pixelated this time, I can read it, but I can't get into windows unless I go in safe mode :/ if I try and load windows normally I get BsOD with a nvlddmkm.sys error, and error report in safe mode says bad driver, however I tried uninstalling the driver in safe mode and it made no difference, it loaded up once ok but then windows reinstalled the card automatically and when I restarted I was blue screening again. I am going mental
here!
