New system advice

Im in the process or building myself a new system and have spec'ed the following-

-OCZ StealthXStream 600W PSU.
-Samsung spinpoint hd501 500gb.
-Coolermaster centurion 534.
-Soundblaster x-fi extreme music.
-Samsung sata dvd/rw.
-POV 8800gts 640mb.
-OCZ Platinum 6400 2gb xtc.(already got).
-Samsung LCD (already got).
-Vista 64bit (already got).

=739.20

£160.80 Left for Mobo + CPU

basically what is the best mobo cpu combination for the setup im looking at

Id buy a Gigabyte DS3R, or possibly an abit ip35 pro. Then id pare it with a E2140/E2160/E2180(not available from ocuk) and overclock it to 3ghz +
Then id use the additional money to upgrade the PSU to a corsair PSU
Or upgrade the gts to a gtx if budget allows.

i was previously looking at a p5k-e and e4300, but was unsure would this be a good choice?
