I've been out of the technology loop for a while and am looking to build a new PC.

Budget: around £1000 (excluding monitor and hard disks)
Overclocking: I'd like to air o/c it
Use: Gaming

Can anyone recomend a spec and/or a reasonably recent spec guide?

Coincidentally very like another specification I put together recently, you might want to check that the motherboard supports the graphics card but if it does then this should be a decent system.
