New system advice

I've been asked by a relative to build a desktop that will be primarily used for work - construction management and design. A smaller form factor is preferable. The most resource intensive application will be AutoCAD. I've put together a potential system using my preferred brands; any advice on where it could be improved would be much appreciated. The budget is around £1,000.
