New System Boot Problem

Hi there, I built a computer to be used for sound production for a mate. It has the following parts in it:

Mobo: Asus P8P67
CPU: Intel i7 2600 s1155 with an Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 PRO aftermarket cooler
GPU: XFX HD6450
HDD2: 1TB Western Digital WD10EARX Caviar Green 64Mb Cache
HDD1: Corsair 60GB SSD FORCE Series 3
RAM: 8GB Corsair 1333mhz DDR3
DVD: Liteon DVD-RW
PSU: Coolermaster Silent Pro 600W
Sound Card: M Audio Delta 1010 LT

The build went smoothly, I booted it up onto BIOS before I installed any OS and everything was fine.
I then installed Windows 7 Home Edition 64bit and that went okay, it booted onto desktop afterwards so I shut it down thinking I'll install the drivers the next day. When I went to install the drivers it loaded up to the black and white screen where it gives you options to choose what OS to boot. It only displayed one OS (The Win7 I had installed) which was fine but I didn't want it doing that every boot so I restarted and went into Bios to disable it booting from the other hard drive. I set it so the only drive it would try and boot from would be the SSD where the OS is. I disabled the DVD RW and Secondary Western Digital HDD as boot options then went to restart and it now won't boot at all.

It powers on and all the fans spin, the drives power up but the display doesn't power on and the keyboard doesn't light up. I tried unplugging all the drives then booting which didn't do anything. I then removed the soundcard, USB header plugs and graphics card which still didn't do anything and there wasn't any beeping to show a lack of video card either. I unplugged both RAM modules then booted which resulted in a lot of beeping from the motherboard but still no display or keyboard lights.

This has me stumped, it was working fine until I changed the boot settings in the BIOS. I wouldn't have thought this could have caused such a major error? I've tried resetting the BIOS by removing the battery and also using the jumper but neither method has changed anything.

I would really appreciate any advice you guys could give me!

Thanks in advance

Sean
