New system BSOD

Hi all,

Finally got my new system running except a slight windows issue.

First boot fine, but after restart from installing motherboard drivers I get,

URQL not less or equal to
Blue screen

Ubuntu runs fine, so it must be a w7 driver issue.

I cant decide whether to:
reinstall windows see if that makes any difference
dload windows 8 preview

My windows disk is an early w7 disk not sure if that makes a difference!

1st of all, try turning all the " performance enhancing / power saving " settings off in bios

I had the same problem, don't let bios adj clock settings on the fly, recipe for ubstable pc, bsod hell awaits
